We only use this to arrange your care. Nothing clinical is decided by a machine — a person reads every sign-up.
How we look after your information

Who sees it. Your named coordinator, our physician and the clinicians looking after you. Your surgeon sees a reviewed summary and your final report only if you agree; the hospital receives your readiness information only if you agree; your GP gets a copy only if you agree. You choose each of these on your form and can change your mind by messaging us.
WhatsApp and email. Messages travel through WhatsApp (Meta) and our email provider. What you tell us is saved into your confidential record with us; we never decide anything clinical by machine — a first pass sorts messages, and a clinician answers.
Where it is kept. In the UK, encrypted, for 8 years after your care ends, as health records must be. Every time someone opens your record it is logged.
Your rights. Ask for a copy of everything we hold (we can send it the same day), ask us to correct something (we add a dated note; the original stays, as the law requires for health records), or ask us to stop sharing with anyone.
